Where were you born: "I was born and raised in the small city of Auburn, NY. Auburn is located roughly twenty miles west of Syracuse. It was a nice place to grow up, but I couldn't wait to move to NYC."
Favorite ice cream: Ben and Jerry's chocolate raspberry chunk frozen yogurt and pistachio. I love a hot fudge pistachio sundae.
Have you always known you wanted to live in NYC: "Yeah every since I was a little kid and used to see NYC in the movies, I have always been fascinated with the city. I knew I would end up here one day, it was only a matter of time."
Have you lived anywhere else other than NYC: "I lived in Chicago for a little while, and honestly if I were not on NYC, I would probably live in Chicago. That is about as far west as I would go. I am really an east coast guy. I love the change of seasons that come with living on the east coast. Fall and Winter are my favorite seasons. I love wearing jeans and sweaters."
How often did you visit NYC before you moved there: "I came to NYC at least twice a year in my late teens and early twenties. I would drive down and stay with family on Long Island and take the LIRR into the city to catch Broadway shows. I would jam at least 4 or 5 shows in a long weekend."
What size shoe do you wear: "Um, 16. And we'll stop right there."
Who is your favorite actress: "I will always catch Meryl Streep in anything she is in. I think she is the finest we have. Grace, humor, and intellectual prowess. She has it all!"
Who is your favorite comedian: "Kathy Griffin makes me pee in my pants. Seriously. I am also a fan of Rosie O'Donnell's. I love what she does for children and theater."
Favorite board game: "Well, it's not really a board game, but close enough. It's called Electronic Catch Phrase. Whenever I have a get together at my house it always comes out, especially after the wine starts pouring. It's a blast."
First acting job: "I was in second grade, and I was in the highly anticipated production of The Three Little Pigs."
Favorite food: "Oh gosh, that is way too hard. Italian, Chinese, Thai, American, mmm nothing like a good steak. Way too hard."
Do you like to cook: "I LOVE to cook. I would much rather stay in and cook a nice meal than go out to a restaurant. Cooking is a huge passion of mine. I throw dinner parties all the time."
Do you watch the Food Channel: "All the time. My favorite show is The Barefoot Contessa. I adore Ina Garten. We correspond with each other every now and then. She comes up with the best recipes, and I love that she keeps entertaining fun and simple. You can feel the love she has for her husband Jeffery come through the TV screen. She's wonderful! I would LOVE to cook with her one day. Maybe she will film an episode in my kitchen? Hey, a guy can dream.
Tell me something people would be surprised to know about you: "I am a cleaning fanatic. I am obsessed with doing laundry. I get it from my father. I actually have different detergents and fabric softeners for different types of clothing. When I first moved to NYC I did not have a washer and dryer in my apartment. Now that I do, I could never, I mean NEVER go without one again. I also love to vacuum. I vacuum almost every single day, partially due to my cat Snuggles hair everywhere. My friends make so much fun of me with my cleaning obsession, but hey, I always say it could be a lot worse. At least I am not smokin' crack."
What is your favorite time of day: "I would have to say late evening. I am not a morning person at all. I'm very much a night owl.
Who do you admire the most: "Anyone that lives life to the fullest and follows their dreams no matter how little or large they are. I'm not in favor of people who live the way they think they should live rather than living the life they WANT to live."
What upsets you: "Abuse to children and animals."
Any pet peeves: "LOL. That's really funny. I have many. Improper English, being late (I am a very punctual person), lack of respect for others, bad drivers."
What is most important to you: "My health. Nothing else matters if you don't have your health."
